Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, despite a musty smell from being occupied during remodeling, were spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a safe haven from the storm outside. The service was exceptional, especially from Mr Watson, who impressed me with his attentive and friendly demeanor. The location, although not downtown, was still convenient and quiet. However, the dining experience didn't quite meet my expectations. Overall, it was a cozy and comfortable stay with a few hiccups.
The hotel just finished renovating the rooms, but they lacked furniture and wall coverings. However, they were clean and comfortable. The broken drain cover and the shower head could be better. I expected a king bed and a pull-out couch in my room, but it was missing. The service was awesome, with kind and thoughtful staff. The location is perfect, close to Egleston, and convenient for stores and food. The dining was delicious, with a nice variety of food. The facilities were modern and well-maintained.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms provided a great view and were very quiet, although one room smelled like sweat. The service was exceptional with a cafe station in the lobby in the mornings and staff like Mr Watson who was extremely attentive and remembered my name. The location was unbeatable, especially for visiting a student or faculty member, and the facilities were clean, comfortable, and brand new. However, some staff members seemed unenthusiastic about their work, which was a tad off-putting.
